1 * FROM MISTRUST TO TRUST
*The intense new lightcodes coming in, in combination with Mercury retrograde (August 04 to 28) might bring up old wounds and trauma especially around mistrust – others and ourselves. We are invited to dive deeper into these upcoming feelings and to reconnect to the experiences that have led to these feelings – to see what has happened and the role we have played back then with love and compassion. It is an invitation to see, love, integrate and learn to make it different now. To understand also, what happened back then is over. It is an invitation to heal and come back to trust- ourselves and that life is always for us!
2 * HEART HEALING
* I feel sweet and light green energies coming in, that support the healing of our heart. As these energies might touch old wounds and heart-pain as well – these feelings might come up – to be re-visited. Please remember – a broken heart is an open heart. The energies are intense and they just want us to see what still needs attention, love and light in ourselves. From ourselves.
3 * SLOWLY WINS THE RACE
* These words came up while I was connecting with the energies of August. I had this image of a Lion, well nourished, satisfied, peaceful, that walks slowly, putting one golden paw in front of the other one. The sun is shining. No hurry. The lion knows that he will arrive in perfect time. Leo is a fire sign and fire energy is action energy – here in this month I feel that the action is more inward, that we will arrive where we are meant to be right in time, without hurrying, without pressure. The heart knows, the body knows, when to move on, when to follow an impuls… Trust
4 * CONNECTING WITH OUR INNER LIGHT
* We all have this inner light, that spark, that is our true nature, the pure vibration of who we are in our origine. The bright light on the outside, the sun – the ruler of the sign Leo – is like the mirror of that light inside us. What we see on the outside is a perfect reflection of what is alive in us. The energies of August are inviting us to connect with our inner light – our inner guidance. Even when shadows may show up – remember – the light wouldn’t be visible without the dark, as the dark wouldn’t be visible without the light.
All these topics are intertwined and interconnected – as we are.
The energies are going on to intensify and accelerate – when possible, find some time to relax and recharge. Take care of your self, sleep enough, drink plenty of water, connect with nature, ground your self and take ‘inward’ time, whenever you need it! ❤️❤️
